The State budget allocated 800,000,000 FCFA to the Ministry for 2016 for the implementation of the youth employment programme. As part of the implementation of the pilot project on peace building and decent employment creation, the ILO has granted funding of 600,000,000 CFA francs for 2018-2019. The AfDB has funded up to CFAF 2,299,312,522 the pilot project of the youth promotion strategy implemented by the High Commission for National Pioneer Youth (2018-2020).

The Central African Inter-professional Grouping and the majority of workers' organisations participate in dialogue platforms on employment promotion, including youth employment. The Ministry of Labour in collaboration with the ILO regularly develops collaborative initiatives with these key social partners. United Nations agencies (FAO, UNFPA, UNICEF, OCHA, UNDP) as well as banking institutions (ADB and WB) contribute and participate in the employability of young people according to their wishes and their choice of socio-economic and professional reintegration.
